About Chef Sudhir
Chef Sudhir is a trained culinarian with over 20 years of experience. A native New Yorker, he has been exposed to global cuisines since childhood. After graduating from Boston University he took some time to explore the world before beginning his culinary career. He moved to San Francisco in 2003 to attend culinary school and studied with some of the most respected chefs in the industry.
During his 12 years in the Bay Area he honed his skills and service style in restaurants, catering companies, personal cheffing, UHNW homes, spas, and eventually started his own brand. While he lived in the Bay, he was guided by Michelin-starred mentors and international culinista clients, who encouraged him to continue pushing his boundaries.
After returning to NYC in 2015, he spent many years working for a UHNW family developing their culinary program. He found himself sourcing in Portuguese villages and summering in the Hamptons, focusing on farm-to-table cooking..
